Today I would like to talk about the world-famous competition of realistic paintings called ARC SALON. Many Japanese artists, including Mr. Furuyoshi participate in ARC salon. Recently, the number of young people has increased, and Japanese artists have been awarded one after another. Mr. Furuyoshi is one of the few Japanese painters auctioned at the Sotheby’s . That’s a great achievement! Amazing!
I also tried it about five years ago, and was selected in the first year, and in the following year, I won the 3rd place in the landscape category. I handle a lot of jobs assigned to me such as making a sales video and sending a blockbuster to America, but everything was fun. As I like the dynamic composition of the old Spanish town of Albarracín that I drew 2 works with different composition in size 194×130cm. I still have the other in hand, and I’m thinking about what to do with it.
